Russian Demography ...

It's not that bad, says Russia Blog.

They don't think the Chinese will pour across the Amur either.

Of course the thing about average ages is that they don't tell half the story.

Britain's average age of motherhood - 28 I think, masks the fact that half the mothers are old enough to be their children's grandparents and half are old enough to be their siblings.
